We are currently looking for a talented, dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Pierce County and South King County Areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professional and articulate with a positive attitude.

• Develop new sales leads by prospecting and pursuing targeted new business through calling or visiting potential customers, marketing and other related activities.

• Proactively build a professional referral network.

• Communicate and follow up with management.

• Focus on follow-ups on potential new customers.

• Negotiate and close new sales contracts and service agreements to achieve year over year customer base growth.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience a must.

• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.

• Multi-task ability, self-starter, flexible, with excellent work ethic.

• Construction Renovation & Home Maintenance Industry Knowledge preferred.

• Strong communication skills; verbal and written.

• Detail oriented and organized.

Required:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Valid Driver's License

• Own and Reliable Transportation

Compensation:

• Part-Time

• $13 per hr.

• Plus Sales Commissions.
